I would not let my dog live in this apartment. My apartment certainly does not look like the model apartment they showed me. My apartment is very old w/ old appliances. The only room in the house that gets cool in the summer is the living room b/c of the window unit air conditioner. And winter-time is no better w/ the base board heaters. I can hear absolutely everything my neighbors are doing and sometimes I can even smell the food they are fixing for dinner or the bleach they use to clean the bathroom. Loud music is a problem and I have complained about it repeatedly but nothing has been done. It is a pain to get anything fixed around here and believe me, something always needs fixed. They had us live w/ maggots and LITERALLY hundreds of flies before they would call an exterminator. Turns out the people who lived upstairs moved out w/out telling them and left a fridge full of rotting meat. How nice. We stayed in a hotel room for a few days and they would only pay for one night. I could go on and on. Brookwood Apartments in Indianapolis is a terrible living experience.
