I recently rented a large studio at the Balmoral. Yes, it's on the lower level and doesn't have the best lighting, but it does have lots of space, closets, new berber carpet and is very quiet. I like it very much so far. The manager and maintenance staffs have been very helpful to me. I haven't encountered parking issues yet, but there's only me and one car to worry about. I also haven't felt unsafe one time. Overall, at this time, I rate the Balmoral a 4.
