Although I've heard that the 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments are nice, the studio I live in resembles a cave (basement apartment, low ceilings, one window). The parking situationis pretty terrible (we were initially told that there was ample spaces for everyone, however, a couple week after signing our lease we were told only one car per unit can park in the lot (there is nothing in the lease about parking). The new manager is friendly and helpful (much better than the previous manager (the one who lied to us). Maintenance is only sometimes timely (we waited with no phone for over a week before someone finally came to fix it). Though these apartments are not horrible I do look foward to moveing out when our lease is up.

I agree!
They promise a lot of things but don't deliver!
On a side note, our apartment was broken into around Christmas and it appeared that the perp had a key to get in. The apt was very helpful in getting our locks changed after that at least.
