Look somewhere else!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived here for 7 months and am, thankfully, about to be relocated and break my lease. Since day one, I have had problems. Upon moving in, every cabinet door in the kitchen has fallen off, the dishwasher has broke 3 times, the air conditioner broke during the 95-degree weather and I was told it couldn't be fixed for weeks, then when they did come they told me nothing was wrong with it and it was only hot because I was on the second floor, so I was stuck with a "working" AC and an apartment that was 85 degrees. The AC is so loud that it sounds like someone is breaking in the house, the patio, if that is what you call that slab of rotting wood, is old, poorly built, and decaying. I live in the second floor and woke up to a raccoon on my porch last week eating my flowers, maintenance is worthless, rent is EXTREMELY overpriced, the units are small, the walls are thin, the parking sucks and, worst of all, it's not safe. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
