Single mother...I lost my job called to tell i would be able to pay by the 15th. They told me the eviction proscess was allready in progress and that i would have to pay a additional 178.00. I understand paying the late fees witch are 170.00 but to add an additional 178.00. I have lived here for 3 years and have been a good resident somtimes people fall on hard times but these people are starting the eviction proscess 5 days after the late period. They will not work with you. Do not live here. The formerly part is what this complex is, it formerly was a great complex, when AMLI left so did any regaurds to the resident. Now owned by a company that doesnt care for the resident. The maintenece dept. just doesnt answer the phone at certain times. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Your right I should have just applied for welfare and food stamps and live off ignorant people like you, then my rent would be paid and I still wouldnt like how this complex is run anymore. But no I decided to work through this rough time in my life and not try to deplete what little social security benefits I may have, or you for that fact. So dont come boo hooing to me when you try to get SS benefits and they are all gone because people like you think everyone should just be independantly wealthy, even big companies are cutting their workforce, I hope you do a good job at the office of Riverbend, I would watch out everyone is replacable these days. By the way I was never late with Amli.

Wow I am so sorry to hear about everything that has happend to you! It is the holiday season and as you can see the apartment is not in the holiday spirit at all! They dont care about anyone but themseleves. I have lived there for the past 3 years and WOULD NEVER EVER EVER live there again. Its nothing but a ---- hole! Its also pretty bad when the first response was written by a worker of the complex! I know this sounds bad but I am to the point where I would almost live on the streets before living there or signing a lease with them!
