I have read several of the reviews. I have to say I have not experienced any problems. I have had very little to no maintenance issues. No problem with safety. The staff has seemed niced. My apartment was perfect when I moved in. I leased over the phone and the complex was just as I expected when I arrived to move in. The location is great, close to I-465 and the mall. I have not had a chance to explore the area that much but I like what I see so far!
