I've lived at Riverbend for almost a year now. I've been in a 3rd floor one bedroom apartment. This has been a wonderful apartment to live in. I felt like I should write a review of it because I have lived in many different apartments and have had quite a variety of experiences, and I finally found a place that I feel very comfortable living at. The apartment itself is great, high ceilings, awesome new carpet, lots of kitchen cabinet space, huge closet... pretty much anything I would have asked for. The maintenance staff has always come if I ever needed anything. As far as apartment living goes, its not bad at all the way the apartments are set up. The only time I could ever hear my neighbor is in the bathroom sometimes, but never in any other room and of course being on the 3rd floor no one was above me. The location is great, I am a short distance from the Castleton mall, , fox n hound, Kohl s, Lifetime fitness...

I will be moving out in a couple months, but only because I have switched jobs and need to move closer to work. I would definitely recommend Riverbend apartments.
