so so From: tmcnair09 Date posted: 7/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Overall, i pleased with my experience at riverbend.Maintenance is great, staff is very friendly and their isnt to much noise. I own a nicer vehicle and i was concerned about it being vandalized, so i just removed my cd player and cds every night. A couple of friends that stayed there had their apartments broken into but i never had an issue.Nice place for college students.
