The club house and model apartments look great! They have many activities for residents. There are many families here and it seems like everyone owns a dog. Not everyone cleans up after them and they allow large dogs. So could be good or bad depends what you are looking for. When I moved in the screens had holes, the kitchen and bathroom was fithly. I'm not a clean freak but I had to scrub the place from top to bottom and took me about 2 weeks. I had to take down the blinds and scrub off the black ash covering them, wow look the blinds are actually white! I've never been so grossed out. I had to scrub my oven when I tried to make cookies and it smoked up the kitchen. I think the previous tenant had a grease diet. I wish I had a power washer for the balcony. You can see the dirt on the buildings. When I first moved in my allergies immediately flared up. I've either adapted or scrub so much that I can now breath. Maintence is ok, my toliet leaked for over a month, I had to keep a bucket under it. My 1st call they came, moved the bucket, did something, then left me a scribble note no leak found. Then why is the bathroom floor wet' 2nd call finally seems to be fixed. I have swam in the pool a lot this summer, they are not heated. One pool a group of people hang out there smoke, drink and play music. Some are so lazy and can't throw away their beer cans. The other pool at the club house seems to be more families. Kids go swimming without their parents. I feel pretty safe but am going to get renters insurance ASAP! Last night an apartment caught fire and I wonder what started it' Any explanation management'
The freeway is also noisy with the windows open, windows closed it is pretty quiet.
