I choose this complex due to the fact that there are stoplights at both entrances so it is "easier" to enter and exit compared to the other complexes. At Christmas time and occassionally in the morning you may sit through 2 or 3 lights to get out.

As far as maintenance, it took 3 summers to get a new A/C unit, every month in the summer they had to recharge the outside unit. The furnace was finally changed this last fall after having maintenance come every fall to get it too work when it got cold enough and a few times when it quit working during the season. Each time maintenance came it usually took 2 or 3 attempts(consecutive calls on consecutive days) for them to get it right. I do have all the call tags to document this if anyone feels this is incorrect.

I live in a building of 12: 1 bedroom, 1 bath units one of the units has at least 3 males living there full-time. In addition, they have 2 work trucks and trailer and 2 personal vehicles and rent a garage for equipment. Limited parking is an issue for my building. There are carports and garages on both sides (which come with a monthly fee to use) and 3 handicap spots in front of the building (there was only one prior to the resurfacing of the complex last summer).

Crime has increased over the last year. I am still here because it is convenient to my full-time and part-time job, quiet, and reasonably priced (my rent has remained the same the last 2 renewals). If you happen to get a low maintenace needed unit and have reasonable neighbors, with one car per unit, this is a nice place to live.
