This place is crap/high crime

This place has repeatedly had parking issues, pets control problems, and raccoons by the dozen in the garbage areas. There maintenance is not responsive at all to problems it can take several days for a repair. Yes the price is cheap to live here but you get a shell to live in and thats it. Don't listen to these employees who are posting fictitious stories on here. As far as crime... just go to the city police website and the details speak for themselves... 43 crime reports in the last 90 days. 39 property crimes and 4 assaults on people.
