I was just looking at these apartments last week and was impressed with the area, the fitness room/clubhouse and the model they showed me (for the price). After reading the reviews and determining that almost all of the good ones are written by Riverbend employees, I have decided to go down the street to Lakeshore. If you have staff writing good reviews to make up for bad ones, it speaks volumes about character and integrity...attributes which will undoubtedly affect the apartments and living enviornment in general. Man, i'm glad I didn't sign a lease here!! Thanks Apartmentratings.com!!
