I've had more issues with my apartment than my parents have had living in their own house for 15 years. I have had my hot water heater go out; my air conditioning broke 7 times in 1 summer; I've had 2, not just leaks, but FLOODS in my apartment from the apartment above me. I have noise complaints about the people that live upstairs and how they stomp up the stairs. When the complex was owned my AMLI, the office staff was friendly and wonderful, but ever since CORE bought them out, the management staff has become rude, obnoxious, and just an abosolute pain to work with. There have been break-ins into people's cars in the parking lots where many valuables were stolen. And these break-ins usually consists of 10 cars in one night. If there were cameras in the community to protect their residents, things would be different. I'm very unsatisfied with this complex, especially for as much as I pay in rent and I will NOT be renewing my lease.

I have lived her for over 3 years and will also not be signing a new lease with CORE. I too have had problems with the rude office staff.
