THIS PLACE IS A DUMP AND IS SHAMEFUL

I am writing as a 2 month resident of Core Riverbend. First of all, the leasing professionals at this place will lie to you from the moment that you step in the door of the million dollor clubhouse. Be aware of their shady dealings up front, as they are not to be trusted, even though a few of them seem sincere.
Second, the grounds here are horendous. i am considering taking a fall in one of their many problem areas and suing the crap out of this place. There are dangerous turns and situations in this place around every corner. Right now I have a 40' length of guttering that is hanging over my apartment's back door and my upstairs neighbor's deck is about to fall on top of my ground floor patio.
Next, the apartment itself is completely rediculous. The maintenance people here are sketchy at best, and I don't feel comfortable even walking outside unless I'm with someone else. The crime here is everywhere. Just last night right outside there was a break in to a car with glass strewn about. I walked outside two nights ago and witnessed two individuals having sex in their car right out in front of their apartment, probably because of the noise problems here.
NExt, your apartment is not your home here. You share a cubical space with 11 other residents in each building. You can hear everyone come and go, and your directly adjacent neighbors are actually your roommates. You will hear them eat, pee, poop, have sex, come in and out their doors, open their windows, walk across their apartment, and everything in between. You have no privacy within your own walls, and everyone is against one another as a result. People here are generally unhappy and not at all cordial because they can't stand the sound of the place and each other.
In spring the place floods. In winter the snow removal and ice melting process is slow and resident's cars are frequently stuck in their parking spots after a good snow. My first summer experience came today when it was 90 degrees out and my air conditioner doesn't work. I can't wait to see what fall brings. The maintenance is slow to act if at all, your apartment will not be ready to rent even when you move in. I got an apartment that had no screen windows or screen door on the back. I have yet to get my screen door. the electrical lines are crossed in my apartment, so switches don't work unless others are working and switched on. I've had water leaks, seen bugs i didn't know even existed, and have neighbors that have no concept of community living.
Overall, I give this place a flat F for F***ED UP. Don't even consider renting here, as it is over priced and under maintained. There are many other places in this general vacinity that have a far superior record of client satisfaction and service.
DO NOT RENT HERE GO SOMEPLACE ELSE DONT TRUST THE LEASING AGENTS MAINTENANCE SUCKS OWNERSHIP IS OBLIVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING PEOPLE HERE ARE BITTER CRIME HAPPENS FREQUENTLY TRAFFIC IS BAD PARKING SUCKS ANY HEAVY RAIN, SNOW, OR WHATEVER IS A NIGHTMARE APARTMENTS ARE OLD

Yeah, you know who uses '1.5 years'? An educated person who knows it means one and a half. I'm not a manager. I moved in when Amli owned it and I pay about $100 less on average than all you suckers who moved in after Core bought the place.
