It took 2 flipping months for them to fix my microwave. I called them in June regarding my microwave stopped heating. After many many phone call and trips to the office I finally got a replacement microwave in AUGUST! You would think that if all they were going to do is just replace the entire unit then they could have done so in June. Not to mention that it was an old crappy unit when my new apt has been remodeled so it stands out like a sore thumb. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! This is not the only issue I've had but just one example.
