You can hear everything from upstairs, coming home, walking, toilet sounds, snoring, etc., that means your neighbours can hear everything from your apartment. I feel like there are many holes on the walls, and live with neighbors. The apartment management holds many events all year around. The costs for those are from your rents. If you are not a person to join those activities, part of your rents would be wasted.

I've had to call the police on several people throwing parties - until 4 am. Hearing people having sex in the middle of the night through the thin walls is just laughable. Oh and the drunk people running around outside screaming randomly is a nice touch. Noise is a big problem in a lot of the apartments here. I moved to a different style of apartment this year and the only reason the noise situation has improved is because everyone has moved out of here lol
