DON'T MOVE HERE! It takes MONTHS to get anything fixed, it is never fixed right the first time. Don't sign up for special, they don't honor them. The staff is clueless, the grounds are not well kept AND I had to ask for months to get the gutter cleaned because of the two foot tree growing out of it and causing the water to cascade over the gutter on the balcony.

You are absolutely right when you say it takes "MONTHS to get anything fixed"... We all have this problem! I have major mold problems in my town home and I've found that all of the buildings here are actually ROTTING! They need to completely tear down their townhomes and rebuild because they are decaying. They also told me I would receive a special $200 gift certificate to Melting Pot upon moving in, and of course I never received this. When I asked them about this they say there's nothing they can do about it because the person who sold me my place doesn't work here anymore. Every time I call you talk to a new person because they cannot keep their employees working here. I only have 1 week left of this hell hole and I am so happy to be moving out! Do NOT move in to CORE Riverbend Apartments! They are way too expensive for what you get and the only perk is the location and it is not worth it. Save your time and money by living somewhere else in the Castleton area.
