I moved in this summer and I have not had any of the problems mentioned on here... I really like my apt and other than the neighbors (that just moved out), I love it!
I always have parking but I am thinking about getting a garage for the winter. Maintenance always takes care of whatever I call in... I recently met the officer that lives onsite...

If you have had a good experience at CORE Riverbend you have not been there long enough yet or have very low standards and not expect much from them. I am very surprised that maintenance actually fixed something for you... they could not fix my sliding doors and all of my neighbors complained about the same problem among many others. Riverbend does not realize that they have buildings that are literally rotting and falling apart which they are actually selling to people!
For the price I paid at CORE Riverbend, I got a MUCH nicer place with working appliances (dishwasher was 1,000 times better, new refrigerator, washer/dryer unit, etc). Also, at CORE Riverbend, they do not honor their promotions whatsoever, their employees/maintenence will blow you off for problems they cannot fix, they will not treat you with respect if you actually expect them to do their job, the list goes on...
Even though you have had a good experience (*cough* so far), a large majority of people who live at CORE Riverbend do not like it and have had countless problems. Given this, chances are you will also have a very bad experience if you decide to move in to CORE Riverbend.

By the way, it's now been 5 months since my microwave and toilet broke. 17 phone calls, 17 promises it will be fixed in "3-5 days", and 17 times no one showed up. Can you please get on this?
