I echo all of the comments from 02/21/2006, especially on the internet (or lack of) and cable. Also, please take a closer look at the "exercise room."
Unless you are a college student at IUPUI, dont bother living here. This place is now populated by students, which means that they do not have to go to work at 8 am. Live here if you like sounds of late night partying and drunken disruption.
You maybe able to get some sleep after the kids pass out from drinking at 7 am. But youre like me, thats when you have to get ready to go to work.
The new management seems very professional, but I doubt they can turn this place around.
Fortunately my lease is almost over. I donāt think I can survive the excitement from the end of the school year partying.
