Canal Overlook Apartments

Two years & I'm out... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I've lived at Canal Overlook for 2 years. The place has seriously gone downhill since I moved in; which has had a direct affect on the number of residents. The list would be very long, but here are some things: - Terrible workout facilities. If it works, it's 10 years old. Lots of equipment doesn't work. - Laundry facilities are subpar (Dryers don't dry). Washers & dryers eat your money. - Standard response time on a Maintenance Request is 2-4 weeks. Awful. - There are 2 elevators - one has been out of commission for 6 months despite numerous complaints. Staff doesn't seem to care. - Front 'security' entrance doesn't work half the time - Garage door entrance is broken half the time. - Entrance from basement garage to building is always broken. - Staff arrives late and leaves early. Thats about it. Do not live here.
