I lived there last winter. I agree with the other reviews that at that time the office staff was not the best. And yes the decor was not that great, but I didn't care that much. Maintenance was great, they came in the middle of the night once because our toliet overflowed. Inside parking wonderful... and safe. We had problems with the office staff over parking passes, keys, and so on... Sometimes there was a lot of noise.... seemed like an occasional party with college students.
