I am a current resident and enjoy the location and the view. My two bedroom apartment has 11 windows that all overlook the canal. The Staff is friendly, however they lack the necessary skills to administer the DSL advertised as standard. With today's mobile workforce, this can leave you stranded at times. All in all, I satisfied with my choice.
