Worst Place Ever.

First, the management is terrible. Not only do they not return your calls and voicemail, they are very snotty to their tenants. I have called several times, left requests for calls back, and have not had them returned. The office staff for the most part is extremely rude. In my apartment, (top floor) there was a leak which started in October of 2003. It was so bad that there was a hole in the ceiling. We had to move furniture and electronics to get it fixed. When it was fixed, or so I thought, it happened 2 more times during the next 2 months. Not only that, a leak developed over my bed in my room. Staff did a half ass job to repair the ceiling and left the apartment a mess. The place is extremely noisy. Beware, trash is picked up MWF at or around 7 am. It is very loud. I would def. tell others to look other places before choosing Canal Square, yes, location is great, but management and staff need to be changed. There is no guest parking, assigned parking is a joke, since people park in others spots or park over the lines. In the winter, my room was always cold, as if there was no insulation in the walls. Maintaince's fix was to adjust the clasps on the windows, did not do a thing. Do not rent the washer / dryer, usually takes 2 times to dry a small load of clothes. My advice, stay away, and hope you have a strong patience with the office staff.
