I recently moved to Canal Square and this place is great!!! I love the office staff and maintenance team. They are always willing to go that extra step for their residents. I used to live at Riley Towers apartments and it's like night and day over here. The manager of Riley was quite possibly one of the rudest and most ignorant people I have ever come across in my life. She does not take her job seriously and seems more interested in smoking cigarettes in her office than even speaking to her residents on the phone or in person. Needless to say, it was nice to come over to Canal Square and deal with people with some intelligence and manners for the first time in a year. If you are looking for an apartment come over to Canal Square, and if you dont want to be treated like a burden and dont like to live somewhere full of employees that aren't even intelligent enough to work at McDonalds then I would suggest NOT moving to Riley Towers.

I also found it funny that Canal Square and Riley Towers are managed by the same company! Irony??

Being owned by the same company has nothing to do with the service you receive. There are completely different management teams as well as maintenance teams at each property. Therefore, maybe the "company" should investigate the the management at Riley because it sounds like they have a major problem over there.
