Nice Place for first Apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008 1 response   I have lived in the community for two years with no problems. The apartments are pest free and that is a big plus. Maintenance can usually handle most problems. I had one encounter where it took a couple of attempts to get something fixed, but it wasn't life threatening or anything. The neighborhood is generally serene because there are a lot of nice people around. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking to move for the first time. I would also recommend it to someone who is looking for a cost effective place to stay. It's not the most modern, but it's sufficient!
