Layout is wonderful, decent size rooms and closets. Kitchen has all new appliances including ice maker and microwave, white on white, beautiful! Love the deck space and all the ammenities. Most importantly very very safe. Staff is great to work with also. Only 1 complaint: 1) A bit expensive (but worth it if you can afford it)

Something I learned when checking out other apartment ratings on this web site: Crime and incident reports are available at indygov.org. Follow the tabs for local government > metropolitan police department > crimes and incidents > crime view community. There have been 3 such reports in the last 90 days for this complex, one of which sounds very serious (an assault in February). I would recommend this site for any place you're looking to rent.
