I have never had any issues with management, when I have asked to speak with the manager I am put right through to her and she has dealt with any problem I've had within 24 hours of my request, if they are not able to I receive a phone call and a time that it will be taken care of. I have always felt that maintenance has done what they could to get the job done properly and if not they are back the very next day. Is it the Hilton, no, but for the money and the amenities it isn't the ghetto as suggested in other reviews. If you want downtown living move downtown and pay the ungodly prices they ask for their studios.

i think these apartments have a touch of class to me and when im in the office i like the atmosphere it reminds me of being in high class southern florida and i like the townhomes plenty of space and the price of rent is affordable and a touch of class.i always thought that the maintenance was prompt and friendly i like living here it feels like a paradise home.
