There are problems here.. As of recently the biggest outstanding problem is the fact that after replacing the personal dumpsters with large compactors almost daily people leave there garbage next to the dumpster. I frequently becomes overrun with garbage swarming with bees and flies.

Secondly the neighborhood is largely populated with a mix of people recently released from prison and illegal aliens. The very good office staff was replaced with temp workers who were not a personable or helpfull as the replaced workers.

Up until recently the maintenance has been great. Often problems were fixed the same day as reported. My latest list of items were never acted upon.

Regarding security, I was under the impression that there was an on gaurd security gaurd however I've never seen one and my car has been broken into twice in the time I've lived here.

After the last year of love loss with my apartment I was suprised that the rent actually went up. I can not entirely blame the management because I believe this is a case of urban expansion problems of the inner city expanding out from the center. If you are looking for a nice place to live in which you feel you and your loved ones and property will be safe you should move further north as this area is on the decline.

Like the summary reads I have mixed feelings, I love my apartment however I believe security and the appearence of garbage on a daily basis to be a detractor.
