terrible, lazy management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Doesn't feel safe, abandoned vehicles, run-down, patios are not kept up and most are disgusting. Pay phone constantly in use - makes you wonder about the business deals going down. Complex is too big to control. Landscaping is deceiving upon entry and stops after clubhouse.
