I paid 390 a month, and i found that their maitenance was excellant, and very prompt. The employees in the office were always very kind and helpful. I really dont believe that the other reviewers have actually lived there. I say that because the thing i like the most about this place is that they were always doing upkeep and trying to keep the place looking decent.
