I moved in 3 months ago and it has been a great choice. My apartment is a great value. I have a great view over a pond. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had maintenance show up within a few hours of a request that was something they could have put off for days if they wanted to. They were even nice enough to replace my dishwasher for me, even though there was just one little piece broken. There is just one central compactor, but I see maintenance people picking up after the lazy tenants who put their trash on the ground all the time. I was outside with quite a few neighbors by the pond feeding ducks the other day. I have never seen that kind of environment created in an apartment complex before. The grounds are very well kept from what I've seen. They just finished planting flowers and new mulch throughout the complex. They have also towed several cars that were left after a few days. There are also individual alarm systems, which is a good added security. I have had a great experience living here.
