Very Happy! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I have lived at Carlton for 2 years and I love it. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Management is constantly making improvements to the property, I think it is one of the best looking and maintained properties in the area. The community has a warm feel to it and everyone is very friendly. I plan on renewing my lease this year and will continue to based on my experience.
