Maint is slow if you have problems. Waters and bath tub do leak. Air Condition is not cold and very loud. Occasionally we do hear neighbors playing drums/musics. Alot of bees outside so beware of bee stings.

Also, our lease ends on July 31st and the management would not let us stay for another couple of days to move. If we want to stay we would have to stay for a whole month. Our current monthly rent is $485 and to stay for another month we would have to pay $640.

The management staff is only friendly before you sign the lease. Once you signed you better pray that you are not going to have any problems that would require their assistance.

Forgot to mention, we saw alot of roaches and spiders inside our 1 bedroom apartment and we rarely cook. We are so happy that our lease is finally over and can finally get out of this place.

Carlton's appearance is not bad and their fitness center is new. Unfortunately, I don't live inside the fitness center.

That is a good one...we too had many problems with spiders and ants, and I agree with your review of the staff, once you sign the lease, they are very cold and unhelpful...the pool is often dirty
