I had to move to Indianapolis for a quick job transfer and did not have much time to search for living arrangements. I called Carlton and from the first time I talked to the leasing agent on the phone I had a really good feeling about the place. The leasing agent answered all my questions and then when I came in to view the apartment they were actually expecting me. I rented after checking out a few other apartments in the vicinity. Upon moving in I had a couple of work orders. I put them in on Monday morning before heading to my new job for orientation, and by the time I returned home for lunch all of the requests were fixed already. Anytime I have had a work order maintenance comes immediately. The longest I have waited for anything to be fixed is a day. The office staff is always so friendly. They always rememeber me by name and ask how my job is going. The apartments are close to everything. Intially I only signed a 6 month lease and intended on settling into a home, but I decided to stay another 6 months, get to know the city and not worry about mowing a lawn, or fixing my leaky faucet. I am happy here!
