My fiance and I moved in 2 months ago, and we are happy with Carlton. There was no security deposit, and everything was clean upon arrival. There have been a few maintanence issues, but they came the day after we called (usually we called late at night) and had it fixed by noon. One of the men was so helpful he offered to fix other things he had noticed were wrong that we hadnt noticed yet! The apartments are kept up very well, and we are always getting notices about upkeep being performed on the patios, the fences, etc. The downfalls are that they start mowing the lawn at 7:30 am, and there are police/ambulances that come through fairly often. But at least they mow the lawn and it seems like the police are keeping order. My fiance and I plan to move into a bigger apartment, but in the same complex. These other bad reviews surprise me. They must have been fluke occurences, because Carlton is great for how inexpensive it is!

We thought the same thing the first couple of months we lived there...boy were we wrong...its a party place...
