We lived at Carlton for 7 months. The facilities, i.e. clubhouse, fitness room, pool and access to ponds are not handicapped accessible. I am in a wheelchair and was promised it would be and wasn't and I was promised the doors would be widened and they were not. Furthermore, they allowed a 28 year old guy with a felony conviction for an offense on a minor to live there and he got my 16 year old daughter drunk and had sex with her. I would not recommend them to anyone...

I am the manager and I made every accomodation that I could for this resident. We screen all applicants and do not let anyone in with a criminal history.

I'm really sorry to hear about your daughter reviewer. There are some really shaddy people here. the "manager" is so full of ---- about making "every accomodation". There is little to no handicap parking, no ramps to side walk or into buildings but there are plently of stairs, into the buildings, office. mineart GTFH if you are going to lie.

yea, they knew he had a criminal history besides they made no effort to secure my ability to get into the fitness facility and I had friends in other buildings I could not visit due to lack of handicap accessibility.
