I moved down to Indy in haste and took the first place that I thought was half way decent because I was in a hurry. The move-in special was a very good deal, first month free or spread it out.

There is not a lot of noise or anything and the grounds are kept up pretty good. The only thing I have is that people are lazy when it comes to trash...instead of putting the trash in the actual compactors, they just sit them outside of it and then it spills out onto the road, not neccessarily the complex's fault, just lazy people. Trash pick-up doesn't seem to come very often though and there may need to be more dumpsters.

Last thing is that people never seem to park in parking spaces. They park on the side of the road and sometimes it's hard to get by them, very annoying. Warnings or something needs to be done about this.
