If you're thinking about moving here, don't. I cannot wait to leave. When I first moved in, I really liked this place even though the maintenance staff was pretty useless. Things went down hill very quickly here.
I don't feel safe here at all. One of my neighbors was robbed a couple of weeks ago in front of her apartment in the middle of the day. Police are here about something almost every night. I have to call someone to walk me in when I get home from work.
The trashy people living here try to take their bags of garbage to the dumpster on top of their cars. When the bags fall off they just leave them laying in the road. When they do make it to the dumpster they leave trash around it instead of taking the 5 seconds to open the dumpster door and throw it in.
The maintenance staff has come into my apartment unannounced twice to "fix" leaking issues. They knocked holes in my walls and never finished repairing them. They flushed out the water pipes a while ago and somehow managed to bust several water heaters in several apartments, one of which was mine. They said it was an accident that they had no control over but really it was that the person doing it was an idiot. The guys that came to take my water heater out even told me that the person doing it made a mistake. The flooding that it caused ruined some of my clothes from the rusty water filling my bathroom. They took the water heater out and managed to leave a rust stain trail from my bathroom to the door which is still there. Anytime I call for maintenance to repair something they don't fix it right.
I have met one nice person working in the office in the last year. Most of the office staff are young girls that don't care about their job and they are cocky and rude.

I totally agree with you. OH MY. I also live here and cannot wait to move out. When I moved in in february, i had the nicest, friendliest leasing employee her name was ------. She was so professional and always courteous. When ever i needed anything done to my apartment I would call her and she would make it happen immediately. now the staff is rude and could care less about us. I am so dissappointed they let her leave. that was the biggest mistake ever. the other girl in the office sheryl or something is a total moran. the manager is also rude and unfriendly. i agree the professionalism is gone.
