I am very happy here at Carlton. I have lived here 2 years and plan to renew my lease. The office staff is very helpful and accomadating. Whenever I need maintenance, which is not very often, I find that they respond the same day. I love my fenced in patio and lake view, which does not cost any extra like some places. My neighbors are very considerate and friendly. I have recommended several friends who have moved in as well. I have definately found my home here.
