I usually dont mess with reviews etc. , but couldnt understand why people are writing so many bad things about this place. I have lived here for three years and plan on renewing my lease again this summer. the office staff has been great, always very helpful, maintenace is great, only had to call twice in the whole time Ive been here always here and do a great job. snow and ice removal is better than the city. you leave here in the winter and think the roads are clear until you get outside of Carlton. Highly reccommend. GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
