I've lived at Carlton for about 1 1/2 years. The front office staff have always been helpul and prompt. Maintanence is reliable and knowledgeable. Communication seems to be a priority with Carlton staff. Yes, I do with the trash dumpster issue at the foot of the apartment complex could be resolved. If it is a functional issue that can be identified, I'm certain Carlton would make full and dutiful repairs to said dumpster. I do believe if fines were handed out late in the evening, when it's dark...maybe the this issue would resolve itself with "word of mouth". Other than that, the grounds are always well kept and beautiful to come home to. In the winter, maintenace are always on their game and it is much appreciated as well as fixing any needed lighting in the community upon request or as it seems, upon their own daily inspections too! Carlton seems very committed and invested with the future of Carlton Apartments.

You should try a little harder to make it seem as if your are an actual resident instead of a staff member. Its so obvious.
