Great Value! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived at Carlyle Court from 8/05-3/06. The rent is very reasonable, and the location is superb (within 5 minutes to 3 malls, walking distance to the Monon trail, and right down the street from many major office parks). I lived in the phase II section, so my apt. was very nice and very clean - though a bit small. Even the phase I section is not bad, just older. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a change or moving to the northside of Indy. You really cannot beat the value.
