the managment of this place changes by the time you walk out the door. I am not sure when i come into the office who to ask for. The same goes for the maintenance. Things are never fixed or followed up on.

Are you kidding, same ladies upfront for nearly 1.5 yrs now...maybe a new front desk ...sales associate from time to time, but the mngr is the same as are most of the sales girls (ive yet to see a guy on the team)
Followed up on, yes ..I will agree. They never do. But my maintenance issues have always been attended to either that day or the following...via me going to the office or better yet, through sexton's website once logged in - goes to the maintenance email, leaves a paper trail and i've had maintenance show up 15 minutes later after submission.
Same maintenance guys I've seen every morning I leave for work... 2 of them live over in Phase 2. Always cleaning sidewalks, picking up trash/cig butts and on the move on their golf carts. Very competent and nice guys... I never felt worried about allowing them entrance to my apt when not there...even with high end audio / video equipment around.
