From: jennytazjohn Date posted: 11/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I think Carriage House West and East are great apartment it has the best maintanace and excellent floor plans to fit your needs. I Love that plus the rent is cheap, I mean very affordable.
