When we moved in there was no "Rang Queen" in the kitchen. After two year, they fund there is no Rang Queen in my apartment when they did inspection. So they putted the rang queen on and then asked us to pay the replacement cost. Almost three years, we are in the risk without rang queen. They don't care. They care the money.
This year, they did the inspection and fund that many apartments have no rang queen in their kitchens. The office asked so many people to pay the replacement cost. I saw lots of people went to leasing office and asked why they were asked to pay the cost that they should not pay. The office said: "you just need to pay anyway because you remove it." My god, there was no that staff, how can I remove it'
