OK, if you do not mind the cost From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   1. Rent is hefty; apartment is not luxury. 2. You need to leave AC on all year long: heating in winter and AC in summer. Electricity bill was more than $100/month in winter months for a small two bed apartment. 3. Traffic is a nightmare. Very conjested area. 4. Avoid apartments by Allisonville road for the sake of noise. 5. Footsteps might create untolerable noise for your neighbors downstairs.
