Good place to live, some issues...

I enjoyed living at Castle Creek very much.
I was almost always able to park right in front of the entrance to my building, the office and maintenance staff was always very courteous, the grounds were beautiful, and it was VERY safe (especially for a single girl living alone).
Also good was my floor plan, it had very little wasted space and plenty of room for storage...not to mention the HUGE walk-in closets!
I also received my ENTIRE deposit back when I moved out, which was a plesant surprise since I had significant wear and tear to the carpets.
My only complaints:
1. The walls/floors were quite thin - the neighbor who lived below me had a dog that barked incesantly and would follow my footsteps around the apartment.
2. The office manager did nothing to stop the barking dog dispite numerous complaints.
3. The heating bills were outrageous! I paid about $80 or $90 / month in the winter for a 1 bedroom, but that goes back to poor insulation in the walls and ceilings...
4. The traffic on Allisonville Rd was a problem, but it comes with the Castleton territory. You are living within 5 miles of every restaurant and shop known to man.
Overall though, I loved it. If I ever move back to Indy I hope to live there again!
