Better than most From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The apartments are o.k. Great for the area! The living room is very cold in the winter and the heat is gas so it is expensive. We live downstairs and you can hear a lot of noise from upstairs. All depends on the neighbors. When we first moved in the building always smelled of marijuana. Some tenants left and others moved in and now it's fine. Maintenance is Great! There are little washers and dryers inside each apartment! I feel okay in the complex at night it's leaving that scares me. Apartments down the street are boarded up and one had very recent shooting. Overall like the apartments, want to leave the area.
