I lived here two winters and almost froze to death. People coming to my house would ask why it was warmer outside than in the living room. YOU WILL LITERALLY FREEZE!!! There is too much glass and the windows and glass door don't fit well. There is NO NO insulation and no matter how much you turn up the heat it will never get warm. The heating vents for some reason are in the ceiling, so the heat never gets into the rooms. The noise coming from the other apartments is atrocious. YOu can hear ever time the neighbors flush their toilets and can hear them peeing. EVery sound is heard. It is highly annoying and will drive you crazy. These apartments are quite lovely on the outside, and nice inside, but they are very, poorly constructed and your living will be in vain. Go somewhere else and not waste your money and your heating bill and lose sleep listening to the neighbors use the bathroom.

I am 2 months into my third year here. I lived in a 1 bedroom for 2 years and just moved to a 2 bedroom. I have no idea what this lady is talking about. My stay has been pleasant and my needs taken care of by the staff.This is country living close to the city. You will always hear your nieghbors in apartments.
