I cannot wait until my current lease is up! Due to health and financial issues, I was foolish enough to sign a second lease, hoping things would get better! The office staff is AWFUL, especially Flo, who is rude and has no customer service skills at all! She is a liar and very unfriendly! The manager has decided cleaning the pool is not necessary and stated that she is not putting money into it this year! My AC went out on a Sunday during 90 degree weather this week and it took them until Tuesday to decide they had to put in a new unit! There are so many things in my apartment that have been broken since I moved in here and they REFUSE to fix them! I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place! HELP! I am stuck in a Ghetto in the heart of Chapel Hill!!!!
